Annual General Meeting Postponed from 7th August to be decided.

Due to the extension of the Covid-19 lockdown, the Three Valleys Landcare AGM has been postponed from Saturday 7th August to possibly online.

Dear Landcarers, 

It’s with regret that I have to inform all TVLG members that due to the Covid-19 Lockdown we’re obliged to postpone our AGM again. I’ve received calls from members who are keen to attend but are reluctant to take the risk. That’s sensible.

Your executive committee is exploring ways to satisfy our obligations under our rules of governance. We need to have all appropriate reports (president, treasurer and special project officer) presented to members. We also need to conduct elections for all office bearers. It’s been suggested that we could satisfy these obligations via email.  If members have no objections, are we happy to follow that course?

I trust all members and their respective family and friends are safe and well.
