Putty Rural Fire Brigade AGM

Putty brigade AGM will be held on Saturday 28th May.at a new time of 4.00pm. Howes Valley are holding their AGM at 2.00pm so we have made ours one hour later than previously advised so that our Group Captain, Warren Welsh can attend both meetings.
For our members who were unable to attend the official presentation of National Medals in Singleton, Warren will be presenting these at the meeting.
I have attached the Agenda of Meeting, the minutes of the AGM held 2021, nomination form and proxy voting form. Nominations will be received at the meeting and proxy voting forms are to be handed to the President/Chairperson prior to the meeting.
Annual membership remains at $10 per member and can be paid at the meeting or if you haven’t already done so you can pay by EFT to Commonwealth Bank account, Richmond, Account; Putty Rural Fire Brigade, BSB No. 062 595; Account No. 00905501
